We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (Mon – Fri) within 48 hours; however, on some busier days your order maybe delayed 24 hours (so if you do require delivery urgently please give us a call and let us know!)
We use respected national UK couriers for most of our deliveries, shipping costs are based on the standard courier regions defined by postcode. Our standard minimum order value for delivery is £80 (before VAT) however this excludes Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Whilst delivery charges outside the regions stated above are higher, this is unfortunately out of our hands. If you feel our calculator charges place you in the wrong shipping zone then please do let us know and we will be happy to confirm the correct delivery price based on your postcode/delivery country.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for on delivery.
If there is no-one to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with a number for you to call to discuss re-delivery or pick-up. Alternatively, you can specify up to five delivery addresses from your ‘My Account’ page (and select the required address on step one of check out) so you can arrange for delivery to an alternate address in the event that you are not available during the expected time of delivery.
Once dispatched delivery is usually next working day, however, some areas of the UK may take a little longer. Saturday and time specific deliveries must be arranged with our customer services and will incur an additional charge.
Cancellation, Refunds & Returning your Order
Whilst we hope that you will receive your order in perfect condition, if your order is damaged, faulty, or incomplete please report this to us within 3 days by phone (+44 (0) 7912 622 418) or email. Please quote your order number.
We are a trade only wholesaler and therefore expect that there will be someone available to receive orders at the delivery address during normal working hours. We will not be liable for costs incurred should deliveries fail when there might reasonably be expected to be someone available to receive goods.
Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been made but before it has been dispatched please let us know immediately and we’ll be happy to refund the order in full including any delivery charge.
If your order has already been dispatched then we will not ordinarily accept the return the goods, any such return must be sanctioned by a Director.
